The Lord has been speaking to me about the time that we are in right now as prophetic scribes. I thought today was an ideal time to share this encouraging word with you. I believe it applies to those who have earnestly wanted to pursue educational and entrepreneurial goals but were met with setbacks, closed doors, and tremendous discouragement. I pray that it blesses you immensely. I heard this: Now is the time for my people to strategically enter the next phase of their educational journey (JD, PhD, doctoral, etc.) and training initiatives in certain professional and specialty areas in their lives like advocacy, political science, chaplaincy, counseling, medicine, etc.
For those who have been feeling overwhelmed, oppressed and sensing the heaviness in the atmosphere, there is a soul-sucking spirit that is trying to suffocate our message, stifle our voice and steal our promise and hope. The work of Leviathan is baiting us through false reports, exaggerated claims and outright lies. Just like the snake he is, his coils are tightening around the church in hopes that we'll choke on our own words and quickly surrender to avoid his death grip (see Job 41:15-16). Those who have aligned themselves with this principality in high places of government have gotten so brazen, they're not even hiding anymore. Their goals of socializing our nation and making us subservient to their demands is now their heralded message of hope.
At Pentecost (May 31, 2020), the Lord spoke to me that in 7 weeks—July 19, 2020—the Gate of Joy would open over people. You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy that I might sing praises to you and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever! Psalm 30:11–12 NLT This month joy is returning to the house! There is going to be a major change in the spiritual atmosphere in the middle of the month, and you will be able to hear God more clearly. Hope is being restored to many people. It is available to you, but you might need to press through to get it. Not everyone will recognize this. It will be important to get this impartation from Heaven yourself, then reach out to others with hope and encouragement.
A lot of us are in process right now. Don't get in a hurry. The world is not coming to an end. Things may be changing, but it's not doomsday. It's time to awaken the ekklesia. I get wearied when hearing modern "Christian" lingo as we face unfamiliar happenings in the world. There is a defeated, helpless mentality that echoes what has been said repetitively causing inaction for way too many years. Then those things get thrown into helpless, hopeless buckets. There are many. The one I'm thinking about at this moment is the, "It's the End-Times, You Know" bucket. I'm sorry dear soul. It's not. Nor is it time to escape. It's not time to endlessly stream on-demand zombie apocalypse movies.
Did you know that you and I are called and commissioned by the word of God to be an "Agent of Unity?" Matthew 5:9 says "Blessed (enjoying enviable happiness with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor regardless of their outward condition) are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons/daughters of God!" Unity in the Greek means to be united in soul, of one mind, one accord; to be co-spirited joined close together in tight identification. Peacemaker definition: A person who helps others solve a conflict and reach a peaceful solution; a person who tries to create harmony or make peace.
It's not a surprise that with this global pandemic, we are seeing resistance throughout the nation as Americans watch the media's portrayals of patriots as being extreme. I was given a glimpse into the spirit behind this movement; some of it was good and some of it was not. But mostly, I saw righteous anger. I saw the strength of our forefathers emerge. I saw a reconnecting of patriotism. I saw fear, hurt, surprise and a fight. I was then reminded why my family came to the United States. Suddenly, a wind passed by me, and I knew the Spirit of the Almighty was near. I heard this from our Lord: "Be strong and of good courage, I have overcome the world." Then two Scriptures shot into my mind.
Have you been wondering what on earth the Lord is doing in this season? The Lord says to you today: "I am in control of everything that you see around you right now! Your adversary will try and convince you that he is in control, but you can be assured that the Lord your God never slumbers or sleeps. And yes, I am in control! My promise is that I will keep you when the storms begin to assail you. Be assured, nothing happens without My sovereign hand being on it. From eternity, I have been your God. I had My eye on My people even when you were not yet a people.
There's a lot of uncertainty in the air right now, but God is saying that now is not the time to give up! Now is the time to stand firm and watch God move on our behalf. This doesn't mean there isn't work to be done; it just means that all is not hopeless and God has good plans for you. God has actually released Strategies from Heaven to help you get through this time. Here are a few strategies you can begin to activate in your life right now. This is a time when we will see many people who have a "Joseph anointing" come on the scene. Joseph interpreted Pharaoh's dreams and gave prophetic words that set up a huge financial blessing and far-reaching provision during a famine (Genesis 37–41). These "Joseph People," both men and women, will release prophetic insight and financial blessing into the Kingdom of God.
One of my favorite passages in the Bible is found in Psalm 23. Only last week I took some time to read it again yet this time unlike other times I noticed something completely different. Before I go into this new revelation, a bit of background for you so you can understand why I noticed. In the last 6 months, I began to become aware of how every time Yeshua met someone he never asked them what they needed. Instead, he asked them what did they want. I realized that I had stumbled into a nugget of wisdom and insight when I came across the word want once again within Psalm 23 where it says that because God is the Shepherd David does not want.
The Holy Spirit also empowers our spirit to recognize, perceive and know the comings of the Spirit of God and to identify the goings of the Lord's presence. Jacob awoke from his sleep, and said: "Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it" (Genesis 28:16). To change our present state of being, it is essential to take our focus off of what was and that which has hindered and left us unfulfilled or dissatisfied. Jesus asks each person, "Who do you say that I AM?" The convictions you hold about God and yourself in Christ directly determine what you display in life.
