Revival is the revelation of God in irresistible power, coming alive in you and Me. What are we waiting for? When will we see? The power of revival is life changing! To be revived means to be made alive again. Revival is not some experience that is supposed to come...revival is ALREADY here for those who will apprehend it! Stop praying for revival and become it! Revival = to wake up, to invigorate, to restore yourself and the church to life, wholeness, and joy of the Holy Spirit.
There is a story in the book of Numbers when the Lord told Moses to send twelve men, one from each of the twelve tribes of Israel to spy out the land of Canaan, which is also known as the Promised Land. As I read about the giants in the land and thought about all my friends and ministers who are going through intense spiritual warfare, the Holy Spirit said: "It comes with the territory." Then He said, "Go and take possession because I have made you well able to overcome."
The highlight of my fishing career came around age ten. Early before church one Sunday morning I took my Batman kiddie rod and a whopper of a grasshopper out to my grandparents' pond. I wanted to try my luck before leaving for church. To my surprise, the line took off, dragging me right along with it. Seeing my struggle, my Dad quickly came to assist, sloshing into the mud in his Sunday best. I'm sure the soggy bank of the pond ruined his dress shoes. He wasn't going to let this opportunity pass by for me, though, even if it meant getting down in the mud.
Agreement in prayer is one of the most powerful weapons we can use – such an amazing promise that Jesus gave us.  He told us that when we come together "in agreement" that He would be there in the midst of us. We should always want Jesus to be with us in this way.  When we come together in agreement God honors the prayer and brings forth the promise. Matthew 18:19-20 "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."
Angels have been with us since before the beginning of time. These seen and unseen beings of light can traverse galaxies in a moment of time. Champions of righteousness, they herald God's loving messages of truth, salvation, healing, and deliverance to the earth. These majestic creatures protect and defend justice and oversee an eternal Kingdom. Although angels carry awe-inspiring responsibility on a universal level, they still focus upon the needs of the smallest, seemingly insignificant person.
I felt like an oddball. (And yes, I am speaking of what was going on emotionally in my heart. It was real. I had not crossed into the spiritual reality, security or maturity of it at the time.) When the prophets in training were called before the congregation to serve in the presbytery, I always wanted to carry my notebook and a pen with me. I remember the minister telling me (more than once) that I could not do that. He said it was a distraction for this type of ministry.
For the time has come that judgment must begin at the house of God. 1 Peter 4:17 A thorough study of Scripture reveals that judgment, at least where the believer is concerned, is for the purpose of redemption and reconciliation rather than condemnation.  Judgment exposes that which stands in the way of our becoming like God (which entails possessing His character, enabling us to be fully equipped for ministry).  Often, this exposure is brought about by rather intense and severe tests and trials in our lives.
When some people think of God's justice, they envision a stern or even angry judge wielding a gavel or causing bad things to happen to people as a form of punishment. This couldn't be further from the truth. Yes, God is the God of love AND justice. When we see bad things happen, it is not from the Lord. It is Satan causing it, but people often blame God.
Many are in a time now where they are on the THRESHING FLOOR. Feeling painful waves of refinement separating the pure from the chaff. It may feel like blow after blow in the natural, but let me share what God also says about the threshing floor. During the threshing process the ears of the grain are literally torn from the stalks and they are loosened from the outer part of grain. This can feel like shaking, that all you know is being shaken in the natural.
We live in a global society. There are millions of products at our fingertips everyday. Just go to your browser and type in any product, and you will receive way more pages than you could ever scroll through. It is overwhelming. Our global society demands options. We believe we can find the exact, perfect item if we can have just enough choices. But there are so many items to choose from it's nearly impossible to make a choice. We become paralyzed drowning in a sea of options. We think multiple options give us the freedom to choose, but it actually hinders us from making a choice.
