We the people of God have just come out of a major shaking in the universe as the coronavirus caused us to have to change everything about our lives. This shaking was of the created things, or earthly things. No matter how difficult this was this shaking is opening up doors of opportunity in which we are going to go out and come in bringing the gospel at an amazing rate. Recently, the Lord gave me an open vision of many doors being shaken open. I saw 10 doors of opportunity opening before one per person. Which means lots of doors are opening across the world. People were going through those doors by calling others to come over to where they are and also going out through the doors to others.
The Spirit of Christ is God-inspired consciousness; the ingenious and powerfully productive, creative energy force who skillfully imagined then spoke as He designed, formed and crafted the universe. As a result, Christ consciousness exists throughout the entire universe. Nothing was created, nothing exists and nothing holds together except in and through Christ. From before the foundation of the world, the great love of God chose each and every one of us as His very own to live in Christ. His desired destiny for us is to be adopted as the children of God, holy and set apart as His blameless Beloved.
Someone asked me recently why I'd been writing less these days. It's been a transitional, busy, challenging few months, I ashamedly admitted. As I reflect back on that answer over this cherished long weekend, I realize now the distractions are our life. They're not some disruption or interruption. They're the building blocks of who we are and what we are becoming, and the moment we choose to look at them as the obstacle instead of the teacher, we start to miss it. And I've been missing it lately...
You get to choose! Remember Mary? (Luke 10:42) Jesus said that she made the best choice! God has given you loads of R&R time. How will you spend it? A "Matthew 20:16 Reversal" is about to take place; "The last shall be first & the first shall be last." First the virus but then the corona (crown) virus will take a back seat ushered in by the King with many crowns as a New Awakening on this planet will take the forefront & go viral. Also we have been given the power to release blessings out of our mouths to reverse any curse. We have the power in our tongue to turn the tide!
There is no doubt that we are living in turbulent times, even the last days of the Last Days that Jesus spoke about. What the exact timing of the return of Jesus is no man knows, but we are able to know the season. It is an exciting time – not a time to fear but to have faith! Because if you know Jesus you have a reason to be glad. Even though we do have more time and things to do here I'm reminded of this verse. Luke 21:28 "Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."
The Pentecost season is almost here. What an exciting time! If you aren't familiar with Pentecost, it coincides with the Jewish festival of Shavuot that takes place 50 days after Passover. For Christians, it also commemorates when the Holy Spirit filled God's people in Acts 2. This year, Shavuot begins on Thursday, May 28, and runs through Saturday, May 30; and Pentecost falls on Sunday, May 31. So, this is an important time on God's calendar and one of the special times during the year when the Heavens are open making it easier to hear the Lord. Pentecost will be a time of greater revelation and power flowing from Heaven.
Faith and fear cannot co-exist! All throughout the gospels we read where Jesus was continually asking His disciples "Why are you afraid, where is your faith?" I know I have heard this a time or two myself. I believe we are in a vital season where the enemy is after our faith, but why? Well, according to 1 John 5:4 (Amplified), "For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith."
I am going through the New Testament again, and the following chapter, I Corinthians 10, Paul's words really gripped me. It seems a good portion of the Body of Christ has gotten 'fat' on meat that others have purchased and prepared, by others. "It's TIME" to now lean on our Holy Spirits, and employ and activate what we have been taught and have residing within us. Please also remember that. GOD does NOT TOLERATE disobedience, idolatry and sin, period. That train had to be interrupted. Remember all those spots and wrinkles that need to come off? Hmm how do you think that happens? Good choices, good consequences, bad choices, not pleasant consequences.
I had a dream last night and I heard the Lord speaking over the body of Christ and he said, "Pray for pastors." Immediately I saw a huge open heaven and invitation over pastors right now to encounter Jesus in a deeper way than they ever have before. There are significant impartations that the Lord wants to release to pastors right now in deeper encounters with Jesus that are going to position them for the new move of the Spirit that is upon the Church. Something that really stood out to me in the dream was HUMILITY. The Lord used a symbol in the dream to me that represents humility and purity.
As I was looking out my bedroom window one morning following the stay-in-home order set by the governor and mayor in my city and state of Wilmington, Delaware, I began to look up at the sky, and suddenly I had a vision. As I looked through the window, I saw the word "creativity" in front of my eyes and imprinted in my vision. I was instantly taken to Genesis 1:1, where it says, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." We can see that God is the Creator of creativity. He is the originator of creativity.
