Paul Anderson-Walsh is the former CEO of The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust. Having begun his professional career in the financial services industry with the merchant bank Schroder Financial Management, J. Henry Schroder Wagg’s retail arm, Paul established himself as an independent Management Consultant specialising in coaching, leadership accession, managing change, brand development and bid writing.

He has extensive experience in facilitating high-level strategic change workshops, which include instructor-led training sessions. Over the past 15 years, he has worked with a wide variety of companies inclding Cambridge University Press, Sir Robert McAlpine, Gardiner & Theoblad, Bank of New York Mellon, Rabobank & Logica. He is highly regarded for his ability to help management teams work together.

Paul, who is mixed race and was raised in an orphanage during the 1970’s, when attitudes were not as enlightened as today, has an invaluable insight into the areas that inform his vocational work as the founder and director of The Grace Project – a charity dedicated to working with people to help them discover their identity and resolve issues of self-worth and self-esteem. Paul has written three books on the subject.

Paul is a well respected commentator who is called upon by the BBC & he is a regular contributor at Premier Radio.
